I've been going here for a year, and I have never had a bad experience. The hygenists are are all very friendly, and Dr. Patel is very personable. I recently had a filling done and it was a quick, painless procedure. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff is all friendly and courteous and they have TVs in all the exam rooms so you can watch whatever you want. I actually can't wait for my next visit!
A few years ago, I went to another dentist who, after an brief consultation, advised that I needed over $2000.00 of dental work (my cost after insurance paid). Of course, I wanted a second opinion. I looked online and found several reviews that listed Dr. Deaver as 5 stars! At the appointment, I was advised that I needed one filling that would cost about $60.00 (my cost). I highly recommend Dr. Robert Deaver as the best dentist in Chicago. Efficient, and accomodating to professionals with busy travel schedules. Dr. Deaver treated my chipped tooth and installed a crown quickly at a resonable cost and with minimal pain.
