Chipped one of my front teeth on Saturday afternoon in Michigan. I called the office on Monday morning at 8:00am and I was in the office by 9:20am for a fix. Dr. Deaver had me fixed up and back to my office by 10:00am! And, he even made my tooth look better than it did before the chip. I've never had a better dentist and every experience at 25 East Dental is pleasant. Dr. Deaver is the best and I recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues looking for a new dentist!
I have been a patient for 15+ years and have recommended Dr. Deaver to many colleagues. All cleanings and small procedures have gone well. I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes, a rarity in the dental/doctor world these days.
I started going to see Dr. Deaver and Dr.Eric (McLean) a little less than a year ago and I am so happy I made the switch from my last dentist. Everyone at the office is super nice, welcoming and works to make you feel comfortable. I have been in for a series of apts (check ups, deep cleaning and repair/cosmetic) and have been impressed with their professionalism and ability to listen and make me feel comfortable. Super happy with my experience and have recommended to other friends.
The hygienists are very sweet and professional, and everyone is very forthcoming about everything they do - they keep you involved in each step of the process to make sure that you're informed and comfortable with everything. Dr. McLean gave me excellent care. I had a small cavity cleaned and filled. The cavity wasn't deep enough that I was experiencing sensitivity, so Dr. McLean gave me the option of numbing my mouth to be safe or to go ahead and try without numbing (if I started to experience pain then they would numb me).... read more

I work on "the nation's railroad" and am on-call most of the time. Although several cleanings had been scheduled, I had to postpone all of them. Finally, it became clear that extraordinary measures would need to be made to accommodate my in-flux schedule. Rather than seeing the hygienist, I was scheduled with Dr. Maclean. He made time for me, even though I was late because I became lost on the walk from the train station. He was most pleasant and patient, and finished me up in less than a half hour. Dr Deaver is fantastic. He tells you everything he is doing and will do before he puts it in your mouth so you are never scared. He has a great technique. He distracted me from my shots and the drilling by asking me and his assistant trivia questions about "Friends", which worked! He is kind and gentle. His office staff is kind and helpful.
