Samantha tried-but not successfully....our experience here was just a confirmation that college kids can be treated poorly and no one really cares as long as you pay the rent....no further contact was even attempted after their initial mess up. THEIR mess up but no attempt to rectify the situation at all. Very poor people skills and very poor management
