I had a complaint with 24 Fitness and contacted their Member services. They helped me out and helped me understand the situation. They were courteous and found a resolution. I've been a member for almost 20 years and will continue to be. I highly recommend 24 hour fitness.

Tried to freeze my account a month ago due to COVID-19, but never got a response. The company keeps charging me even though all of their gyms are closed. I have now emailed them 3 times, with no response. It appears they are doing it too all of their members and refusing to refund membership fees.

Aloha, I chose your gym because honestly my wife and I didn't have any other options closer to our home. I am completely frustrated with how you have handled your business from the beginning of this pandemic. Not only were your gyms closed and you were still charging your membership fees but you left no way for us to contact you in order to assist us in cancelling or freezing our memberships. 24 Hour Fitness gyms have been closed for 3 weeks now. Yesterday my bank account was charged for a full month. This should be illegal. 24 hour fitness operations are closed and have no open date in the future. I have emailed them twice to only get an automated response back basically saying that we are all screwed out of our money. Charged me three weeks after the city forced all gyms to be closed. Tried to keep my money. Con artists, trying to take advantage of people during the pandemic. They are currently being sued. I will never go back. THIEVES!

I will never, ever, consider doing business with this establishment ever again. This is a global pandemic in which many, including myself, have been affected due to job closure as a result of COVID-19. This business is absolutely disgusting and provided no cancellation method for those such as myself who cannot afford the monthly charges. On top of that, my debit card was NOT a payment method as I had it set to bill my credit card and when I finally figure out how to cancel the godforsaken membership I got billed. Business refuses to respond to my BBB Complaint, next I am filing a dispute with the bank to reverse the charges because I am still being charged for this product they cannot deliver during the crisis.

24 hour fitness is a joke. Now is not the time to steal from your customers. We should not be charged for something that isn’t even open. What kind of business practice is this? I’m disgusted!The phone lines are closed. I can’t seem to find an email address, and they are yanking money out of my dwindling account. My senses tell me they are about to have a class action lawsuit.

This company is is still charging customers while we have no access to facility. They laid off all their district managers and staff but gladly take customers money because we are on auto pay. they do not accept phones call and are knowing stealing from the customers who supported them
