They charge clients during the coronavirus pandemic even though their gyms are closed! They are stealing from customers by taking their money and not offering the service that they agreed to in exchange for payment. They shut down their customer service by phone so it's impossible to cancel or freeze your account. This company is criminal and should not have a high rating with BBB.
During the COVID-19 situation of 2020 24 fitness is not accepting cancellations. They canceled the number to contact for cancellation and are continuing to bill members. THis is pathetic and disgusting business practice and following the COVID crisis I will NO longer be using 24 hour fitness as my go to facility
