Got charged for my membership when the gym is closed due to the coronavirus. This is absolutely absurd.

24 hour fitness needs to show compassion during the pandemic! Extending memberships does no good when we need money now to feed our families. They need to freeze membership dues like other gyms are doing!!

During the COVID-19 situation of 2020 24 fitness is not accepting cancellations. They canceled the number to contact for cancellation and are continuing to bill members. THis is pathetic and disgusting business practice and following the COVID crisis I will NO longer be using 24 hour fitness as my go to facility

They charge clients during the coronavirus pandemic even though their gyms are closed! They are stealing from customers by taking their money and not offering the service that they agreed to in exchange for payment. They shut down their customer service by phone so it's impossible to cancel or freeze your account. This company is criminal and should not have a high rating with BBB.

The company is still charging patrons for membership dues while shelter in place. Most companies have frozen any charges especially when it’s a state of emergency.

The fact that they aren’t letting anyone cancel or freeze their accounts is just down right despicable. During a worldwide pandemic, people are losing their jobs but 24 is still charging them while their gyms are closed? I want my membership canceled now. I will never return to this god awful gym.
