Absolutely DISGUSTED by the way this place is taking advantage of their customers and not responding to ANY inquiries regarding billing. Shouldn’t there be someone working from home taking care of this? This company only cares about money and karma is going to hit them hard. I can only imagine how many loyal customers they’re about to lose because of this. I’m being charged $42 dollars for a facility I can’t even use!! How is this legal? Since the declaration of a National Pandemic in the United States, many companies closed due to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. Many of these companies are compassionate of the personal financial issues within each American home. Unfortunately 24 Hour Fitness disregarded this. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness since 2010. I never had any issues in the past. They need to be freezing accounts during the pandemic. How can you charge people for a service you are not providing? How can you add lost time to the end of the membership when I pay monthly?

They are charging people even though they are closed. They have no one responding to refund request. They need to be stopped!

All locations are closed because of pandemic, that's understandable. However, they've stopped their phone service for customers and they've blocked their online messaging on their website too. There is NO way to contact them to freeze or cancel memberships. While still charging membership fees. This is robbing. Zero stars!

The company is still taking membership fees out of my account even though the gym is closed. I dnt want an extension on my acct..i want them to stop taking fees membership fees out since I cant use the gym at this time.

I have contacted 24 several times already and I get the same stupid response. There is a pandemic and recession going on and 24 hour fitness decides to be unprofessional and greedy and still charge us monthly and extra fees when their facilities are unusable! Other gyms are freezing accounts yet 24 hour fitness decides to ignore thousands of frustrated customers just to keep scamming their customers!!

Bad business, charged me twice within a month while you guys are closed and offer no services I can use. They changed the internet services so you can not freeze your account instead you are redirected to a phone line that has an automated response and and email that basically tells you they are extending services with no real description of what that entails. ????Does not care about local communities or individuals, only profit.

I contacted this business via email (as physical locations are closed and phone lines are down) to inquire on how to freeze the account which is paid on a monthly basis as there are no servicers provided for the money that is being collected.
