Prices are ridiculous. This company is located across the street from our office. All we needed was an AC flush, which took all of 10 minutes and they charged us $300. We had the same service for two units, plus chlorine tabs and a thermostat changed out last year for $220. We will be going back to the company we used last year for any future maintenance/repairs.
This company installed a new AC unit in our office. It was the middle of summer and we were dealing with very high temperatures. The tech had to come back a few times to perform maintenance and corrections on the installation. The heat circuit breaker was not turned on by their tech during installation or after a follow up service work, who knows?
