They send you a quote or work they intend to do then they do a quarter of it, collect payment and never finish the work unless you pay more. I have given them too many chances

Over priced. Poor cleaning. Derogatory owner. Too many negative comments to overcompensate for the few positive. A lot of better companies out there who do a solid cleaning  job for less money

I’m still waiting for the owner to refund my money after they called to try and settle after the terrible terrible service and of course after several follow up Scott zero reply. I was more than happy to have a true Cleaning done again on our whole home as I was not looking for my money back I just didn’t want to be Betrayed and manipulated, but they did not follow through. Shame on me for paying cash.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Do NOT use this company when there are so many others. I made a huge huge mistake in thinking bc I used them in the way past I shouldn’t shop around but the owner got a big head, did not care at all about the qualify of the work , didn’t back his business AND was verbally abusive on a call (had several witness around appalled.) and on my own video cameras showed that they didn’t clean 50 percent of the items on our agreed upon quote! Scary to see a company operate this way as a cash business

I was interested in a post construction cleaning and the cleaners were AWFUL. Sold me a bill of goods and did NOT follow through. House was very dusty. Never opened a cabinet or drawer as promised and as i paid for - they worked very slow and didn’t complete the job. They only took cash payment very early on in the job. I had my regular cleaning service come the next day for 225 and do an immaculate job because they charged me 10 times the amount (I paid it too) and never did the appropriate job. Proceed wirh caution. Call anyone else other than this company.  They over promise and under deliver. And they try to screw you because it’s a cash business. Poor attitude of the owner. They take your money before the job is done,  if you bring anything to their attention they get defensive and turn it to you. The cleaners are under paid and not good at their job and the owner charges a fortune. It’s fine if you get the job done but it’s horrible service and a very superficial clean

Referred by a friend to use the service and was very disappointed. Wish I had checked with other companies because they did not do well. Very very dusty. Recommend going with her traditional cleaning service. If your expectations are for a crispy clean, dust, free home where there is attention to detail, this is not the company

Caution/ this company only takes cash/ they collect the money from you BEFORE the job is complete. If you have any issues they blame YOU and tell you you are going to exceed your quoted price . They did 50 percent  of what was on the quote and then wanted me to pay more or have an “incomplete” job . I took the latter part bc I did not trust them at all.
