Here it is, 10am on a Monday morning, and my garage door, which was making a horrible noise and shook the house, is now quiet and working smoothly, thanks to David's quick response and great repair.

I called last Monday morning and the owner was able to get us an appointment that same afternoon! While our appointment slot was between 2 and 4, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Randy and Rick saying that they were ahead of schedule and could move up our appointment time if I wished. I headed straight back to the house and they were there and ready to get fixin ! I ve not met more polite or more communicative men in the repair biz.

There was no pressuring to up-sell on any features and never once felt like I was being take advantage of. His explanation of the needed repairs and action taken were short and concise. Was very happy with the experience :)
