There was no pressuring to up-sell on any features and never once felt like I was being take advantage of. His explanation of the needed repairs and action taken were short and concise. Was very happy with the experience :)
God bless you for taking care of that for us. I had recently had brain surgery, so every little thing that was upsetting seemed to be magnified (although I don t know of anyone who would enjoy having their garage door go up in the middle of the night!).

this company came to check my garage door a while ago because it was going up on its own for no known reason. I called this company and they took care of everything that same day.

The repair guys use their own trucks (not company provided), so there is a 12.50 fuel fee that is added to the total and I was told about this at the time of the original quote. I feel that the fee was more than fair, especially since they openly and willingly let me know of a very substantial coupon discount. Thank you Shawn, Lisa and this garage door repair company!
