I had an issue with my garage door opener so I searched on google and came across 24/7 garage door SVC’s…. I want to recognize Junior for doing an excellent job…. He told me what the issue was and I gave him the ok to install a brand new garage door opener. Junior communicated with me on his commute to my residence and he completed the job in a very efficient and timely manner. Im really disappointed with my experience. I had high expectations based on other reviews, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as expected. The service was delayed multiple times, and when someone finally arrived, they didn’t seem very prepared. I felt rushed and like I wasn’t being listened to about what I needed. In the end, I don’t think the work was worth what I paid, and I honestly can’t recommend this company.

Scheduled for 5-6pm service to link two garage controllers to my garage motor. Called at ~5:30pm to check on ETA and was told “will be there shortly”. Called at ~5:55pm and was told “15 minutes”. Technician showed up approx 25 minutes after the 15 minute bumper. Late, no heads up whatsoever, I had to call them to figure this stuff out. Tried to charge me $70 for two controllers EACH which go for $20 online. Wasn’t even able to complete the service and I told them that it was too much time wasted and they should go. I had an awful experience with this company. First, they were late for the appointment by several hours without any explanation. When they finally arrived, the workers seemed uninterested and rushed through the job, leaving a mess behind. To top it off, they didn’t fix the issue I hired them for—my problem was still there, and I had to hire someone else to do the work correctly. I had an awful experience with this company. First, they showed up almost two hours late without any notice or apology. When they finally arrived, they were rude and dismissive, acting like they didn’t want to be there. The work they did was sloppy, and it seemed like they were in a rush to leave rather than get the job done right.
