This place is an absolute joke. The management is downright egregious how bad they are. To put this in to context over the course of 3 months of living here the following has happened: Weekly occurrences of vandalism (including fire exit signs being ripped out, fire extinguisher cabinet smashed open and extinguisher sprayed everywhere causing fire department to come, holes being punched throughout hallway, and unnamable messes all over hallway/stairwell (including bodily fluids). **Review of Property** I strongly advise against renting at this property due to serious safety and management concerns. The management is negligent, and the corporation that owns the property shows a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of its student tenants. There are several gaps and unsecured areas, allowing unauthorized individuals to access the property easily. Living at university towers has been the worst living conditions I’ve experienced. I could go on for a whole page on the number of issues I have had. Mainly I have had a multitude of maintenance issues. I have had water dripping from my ceiling, grey water spilling out of my sink, ect. These issues take days if not weeks to address. Also the trash chute has been broken for weeks and the hallway now smell rancid. This building key features is filth and damage. The best advice I can give you is Do not live here
Awful management company! My daughter lived there for 2 years and they aren’t answering calls or emails regarding our deposit after she moved out this summer. Legally they have to provide a statement regarding deposit refunds. Update 10-7-24: We paid for a deposit in October 2021 when we signed the original lease. I spoke to Maggie and she said we are due a refund and that corporate has not been getting back to her about when these will go out, so please don’t tell me I didn’t pay deposit and won’t be getting one back.
