Used to be great but the ongoing construction of two twin luxury towers by the owners is blocking what was once an amazing view of the bay for most residents, no access to the pool due to construction, noise that starts at 6am in the morning and continues into the night due to you guessed it..construction. Inside Management is great and tries to make things better inside the building but really it's not worth the cost of rent or ownership in its present form.
