The staff is the greatest and very knowledgeable about stuff and yeah ummmm.... yeah.
I think the customer service is atrocious. If I like cream in coffee don't be so smug as to suggest I don't know what "real" coffee tastes like. (They don't have cream on the premise) don't be so smug as to try to educate me on how coffee should in your opinion taste. If I like cream in coffee please provide it. The second time in I ordered a latte thinking I would avoid the cream issue. If I ask for sugar don't look at me and suggest I need it without sugar because you have magical milk that goes beyond the realm of any mil... read more
