Maintenance also responds very fast and is efficient. The only complaint I have is that prior to signing the lease, we were not given a tour or video of the actual apartment nor were we told the differences between the actual apartment and the video tour; hence, I was blindsided by the apartment view being obstructed when moving in. Verified Renter The complex is fairly clean. The maintenance staff are extremely quick to respond and are very helpful. The prices are above average. Air conditioner does not work during winter months.
