Verified Renter 215 is an amazing place to live! The amenities are nice and we have 24/7 security! The management team always goes out of their way to help their residents and make them feel welcome!
Verified Renter Security is majorly lacking in the building. There isn’t always someone at the front desk. The homeless in front of the 7-11 wander into the building all the time and it’s only a matter of time until someone who isn’t supposed to be in the building finds the elevators.

Verified Renter Customer service has been stellar and kind here at 215 W Apartments. I especially love the way Pam interacts with her residents. Facilities and apartment itself are sleek and clean. Loading dock and freight elevator could use some work. Amenities amount may be lacking for some residents.
