I normally do not post negative feedback Bc I believe that people have bad days and aren’t at their best So they shouldn’t be held to that one experience But I feel the need to say something The gentleman I talked to on the phone Stated to me That they took my insurance That the physical is covered along with providing the immunizations to go along with it We can take u at 3 Awesome ( my PCP cancelled 3x) I arrive @2:15p for a 3p apt And After near 2 hrs of waiting WITH an apt The girl at the front desk was very rude to me S... read more

The staff at 209 UC are amazing! they are always polite, friendly and very efficient. I've been here twice for myself and once for my son, each experience was pleasant and I highly recommend them every chance I get!
The staff are very nice, the visits go by fast, but not to where you dont feel like you're not being treated. being able to schedule an appt or walk in is a huge bonus and some days with the extended hours are super helpful.
