Ray Macht is the owner/ chef. He is from Panama and serves authentic Panamanian food as well as a standard home cooked menu. He does catering as well. I had crab cakes, home made clam chowder and key lime pie. For an appetizer he served empanadas and corn cakes. His decor is historic photos of Panama; some of them he has taken himself. An excellent photographer. The restaurant is located in a community of double wides. Very authentic Florida.

Ok so you know how you should never say never,....... LOL, Ray you are an amazing chef, I actually think this that was the BEST fish fry I have ever had. Light, crispy, flaky not greasy at all! the fries were amazing too,..... the tartar sauce is the best ...... you need to bottle that for sure. Thanks for the laughs and the delicious dinner.
