Ray Macht is the owner/ chef. He is from Panama and serves authentic Panamanian food as well as a standard home cooked menu. He does catering as well. I had crab cakes, home made clam chowder and key lime pie. For an appetizer he served empanadas and corn cakes. His decor is historic photos of Panama; some of them he has taken himself. An excellent photographer. The restaurant is located in a community of double wides. Very authentic Florida.

Love this little home town Restaurant. They have good Breakfast, Lunches and Dinners. Very reasonable prices.
Very good food most of the time, good service by nice people. The manager? Owner? Gets. Very loud and aggressive with staff in the public eye which is inappropriate, but otherwise a great dinner.
