Ray Macht is the owner/ chef. He is from Panama and serves authentic Panamanian food as well as a standard home cooked menu. He does catering as well. I had crab cakes, home made clam chowder and key lime pie. For an appetizer he served empanadas and corn cakes. His decor is historic photos of Panama; some of them he has taken himself. An excellent photographer. The restaurant is located in a community of double wides. Very authentic Florida.

not worth the money, better when Ray owned it
The friendliness of the employees and the good food!
the restaurant was full and still received fast friendly service !!! Breakfast was superb !!!
