My 1st encounter with Locust St, Periodontics & Implant Dentistry was Paula @ the front desk, this was by phone to schedule an appt. with Dr. Torosian, referred by my Dentist. Paula was extremely kind in scheduling my appt; the initial encounter with any business gives me a positive or negative impression since it reflects the business as a whole.
