Everything was great as usual!!
Just had my first visit - a consult with Dr. GianRossa to see if I'd need grafting on my gum, around a tooth where the tissue had severely receded. The front staff were friendly and efficient; Laura, the dental assistant was superb; Dr. G put my mind at ease with his smarts and experience; and Kim was great when reviewing my insurance and out-of-pocket costs. Can't recommend this practice enough!
My Road to good oral health Courteous and accommodating. However needed more clarity on claim for oral surgery procedure. My periodontist was professional and concerned about my dental health. He helped me to understand what was to be expected. I liked that he was honest from the beginning of my treatment.
