On time, efficient and courteous staff but the signage outside the elevators could be better.

It was a post-placement check in.
I have a "Quarter" size bruise on my lower left chin. It showed up the day after the procedure and looks terrible! I did not have one when a similar procedure was done on the right.
Dr. Torosian inserted a healing screw where my implant had fallen out. Apparently, the screw had not been inserted properly by another dentist. It fell out a day after the other dentist had inserted it.
Always great treatment and service with Shelley, and I love your new offices on Walnut Street.
I am so satisfied with this practice. From the front desk to the dentist and dental hygienist, everyone is so nice and professional. I look forward to my appointments now instead of dreading them. Thanks for making this challenging process easier for me.
Dr, FuJi and his staff are very efficient, competent and nice. i would have rated 5 stars if they were more accommodating in understanding my needs in scheduling appointments. unfortunately, they are not very flexible in matching my needs to minimize number of appointments and schedule all the appointments needed in advance (to help me with my job). understanding they are concerned about stress/pain/ after procedure, but i know i can sustain multiple procedures in one day but still they were refractory in maximizing the numb... read more
