Much more fun than running on a treadmill! I like doing a sport like boxing and of course tennis to get my exercise.
Yesterday I attended Lunch Crunch with Christian and I attended 60 Minutes of Boxing with Rachael and Alan. Both classes were intense, but definitely a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next class and I’m excited to see the results.
This place is great. Both me and my daughter go every Wednesday for boxing. Good people, good environment, great work-outs!
My son started free class in summer. He absolutely loves it. We try to make it to all the kids classes during the week. We are doing really good at making it. All the coaches are always wonderful, fun and exciting. When my foot heals, I'm definitely starting classes. Thank you guys!
Free first kickboxing/boxing class definitely worth it! Enjoyed learning the techniques & getting a great work out.

My son has been taking boxing classes with Coach Ryan since July and he absolutely loves it. Ryan is a great coach for children; I love how he teaches them the different boxing techniques as well as making sure his form is correct. I'm so happy I signed my son up and I have definitely been recommending people to try this gym out. I actually tried my first adult boxing class yesterday and Al did an amazing job; I may be back.
