Joined 2 Tone Boxing Club in November 2018 on a 6 Week Fitness & Weight Loss Challenge with my daughter and cousin. Little did I know it would change the course of my life. Each class is very challenging for me because I struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. But you know what, I’m getting better and feeling energized with each class. I’ve never been more motivated. It’s hard work with experienced and caring trainers surrounded by kind and encouraging people. I lost 3lbs on Week 1. You will get results!

2 Tone definitely has an ambiance for all ages. Registering our kids for boxing this past summer was a great investment. The kids described their training in one word, "epic." I feel more confident and it increased their confidence to protect themselves if needed. If you're looking for a nice environment, friendly staff, and to develop skills, I recommend 2 tone!
