Took a Saturday morning class with the owner, Evan. It was great! He is very high energy. The workout was intense and Evan encouraged the group the whole time to push ourselves. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to better their health!

The Saturday morning work out I went to was excellent. Evan has a lot of energy and is a very motivating instructor. The gym is a combination of an old school gym and a modern high tech facility.

This place is amazing I've been there since day 1 so has my wife after just the first week we both felt better with more energy and we can already see a difference in our bodies. The staff is there to teach you and help you live a better life. The people who attended classes range in abilities from beginner and up. I highly recommend to 2 tone boxing to anybody
