Randy and Daren are top-tier guides through the real estate process. They’ll go out of their way to make sure everything is running smoothly, which as a first time homebuyer was especially appreciated. They have an impressive understanding of the market and a rare ability to walk into a place, identify pros and cons, and send more recommendations your way as necessary. Also, for what it’s worth, their dog sometimes photobombs Zoom calls. 5/5.

This was my first time buying property. I knew Brandon socially and thought of him as a person I could trust with this, and he proved me right. Brandon and Randy took time to really learn what I wanted and needed, and made it easy to understand the process and what was within my range of possibilities. This is a big and scary process for first timers but they helped me feel safe and certain with my decisions. I am THRILLED with the home we found and would absolutely recommend the team to first time buyers.

We have used Randy L. of 2 Rivers Team @ Compass for two property sales lately and highly recommend him and his entire team. For both properties, Randy recommended updates and minor repairs to enhance the property while working within our budget. Both properties presented minor issues, which he handled very well.
