Everyone should be aware of their lifetime replacement scam! Their lifetime means once. I payed for their scam, then I took the past back once, the representative checked the part over n over, but finally gave me a new part and said if it fails bring it back, well it did, then I took it back for my lifetime replacement, as soon as I handed the part and documents per their certificate the rep ran to the manager, who then came out and told me that they would give me one this time but no more, I asked where does that say that o... read more

I would go to appliancepartspros before giving this company in bussiness. I was duped out of $170 and still have not heard back from them. I have 3 parts that don't work and that I will never use to show for it! Customer service is not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
