hello I have been a member or around this for more than 30 years it's been great but just recently as everybody experience when the computer change the whole 1st source servall screwed over lot of people now they're not answering your calls the people you speak with are not technicians so now I would have to drive up there for my prices. anybody feel free if you're having problems with an appliance maybe I can help even though I don't work for this company but they never let my grandpa down

they could answer the phone.they could answer the phone. they could answer the phone. they could fire who ever updated the web site. i used to buy over $40,000 worth of parts a year , now i buy from apdepot, model numbers dont show up on the look up ,i need to look up on sears. part history is lost forever except for about a year .they could post a customer service phone number.

We own an appliance repair service. We have bought from Servall for quite a few years. But since the software upgrade Servall has performed, buying, tracking, invoicing, getting anyone to answer the phone has been a disaster.100% of the parts we buy from Servall are warranty parts. Our COD calls, we buy those parts from another distributor, it is easier to keep our books straight. having to wait over a hour on the phone to order parts. ..when i tell anyone they dont seem to care???

If you purchase ANYTHING from Servall, make sure the part is correct. We purchased something from there, and the employee sold us the WRONG part. We went to return it and conveniently, the computers were down. We were told to call on Monday and they would get the return processed. This happened on June 23rd, we called on June 25th... still waiting on the refund... 3 calls later. We were repeat customers, but they've lost our business.

I own a appliance service business and we have bought parts from Servall for several years. We no longer buy from them. Over the last six months their service has plummeted. It has taken as long as two months to get credit for core returns and return parts. When we tried to call customer service we have been on hold for as long as an hour and have had orders sit there three days before being shipped. We used to recommend Servall but no longer.
