Well, the call center is unresponsive at best. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because NO stars was not an option. I called earlier today and was on IGNORE, I mean hold for over 30 minutes and NEVER talked to a human being. So I hung up and figured that I would give it another try later. So here it is 2 hours later and I am trying again, so far I have been IGNORED for 15 minutes, still no human interaction. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady who asked how I could be helped. I told her that I came in for some advice as I was bringing up a photo with a model number. She asked what kind of advice? I replied dishwasher advice. She said we don’t give advice, we sell parts. I said thanks anyway and left. The sign outside of the door said Public Welcome, but it was not very welcoming at all. They have poor service, the part was in stock but they tried charging me over $100 for a $39 washer balancing rods. I was giving them another chance, since my previous experience was unsatisfactory, letting by gones, be by gones and for the convenience. They explained that the lifetime warranty, which was listed on my bill as $12.16, is not optional and built into the overall price, but it was clearly listed separately on the billing statement. Their idea of service is 'I'm sorry we don't carry parts for that model'. Over and over and over. I was looking for a glass plate for a microwave - there just couldn't be that many different styles/types. The parts person wasn't able to ask things like 'what's the diameter, etc'. She just kept repeating herself. This is terrible. I'd much prefer to use an online site than something like this
It took 3 trips but I got all the parts I needed to do my own repair to get my dryer heating up again! Nice that all the parts (with lifetime warranty) were in stock, too.

I had ALL warranty information for my dryer heating element. Faxed to them. Had to pay shipping for "free" replacement. It arrived today--- TOTALLY wrong part!!! Very disappointed!

When you save over $400 by changing out the oven igniter yourself--the second time in 13 years! 1st Source Servall has basically saved me the cost of a new oven. And, the staff is helpful and courteous.
Go any place else, advertise one price and hit you with a higher price when you are at the counter. Will be the last time I go there. So much for supporting business in your neighborhood. STAY AWAY!
