Going along with what others have said; bait and switch going on here all day. Part I needed was listed online for $20.83, in store $47! When I asked employees what the deal with that was, they all looked dumbfounded and shrugged shoulders. After an employee spoke with an unknown gentlemen in another room, best they could do is the listed online price of $20.83 + shipping and warranty, even though I was standing at the counter. Next time I need a product, you guys will be my LAST choice.

Poor service for vendors wanted to move my business to servall but I think I might just stay where I am now because servall can't get things done and never return emails

As mentioned in reviews here and elsewhere, there's deceptive pricing going on. Sort of a bait and switch scheme. I went to the Colorado Springs store to get a washer part, $70.97 online. I took the printed page and was told the actual price was $83.82. The reason - that didn't make sense to me - was something about "shipping" and a lifetime replacement warranty. I didn't need shipping, the part and I were right there. I didn't need the warranty, the 90 day manufacturer warranty was sufficient. That fell on deaf ears - it wa... read more

They don't really want to take the time to help you with a problem. The long haired guy at the counter continued to tell me that they didn't have the part I needed. Then his constituents found the part. I was quoted a price 3 times the value as I didn't have an account with them. Overall, terrible service, lack of knowledge, and lack of desire to help the customer, I will never darken their door again

I purchased 2 parts for my central air unit 1 week ago. When the heating n cooling tech came out, his verdict was I needed a new unit. I purchased a window air conditioner that day. I went to return the parts, with boxes and receipt and was told by the usual rude man we don't accept returns on used parts, ??? And stand there with a smirk on his face, accusing me of lying.....
