BUYER BEWARE – I purchased a voucher for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning from loclly for this company. I had an appt scheduled for a particular time & date. I called 2 days prior and confirmed this appt. No show and no return calls after 3 messages left. Now I am left to chase a refund from loclly or the vendor.
1st class carpet cleaning – I brought a coupon off of groupon. they arrived on time and was very professional but they took there time getting done and took a break like 3 times. it wouldn't have been so bad but i had an appointment to go to which i was late for but other than that it was very nice
Good Job – Hey They do a really good job on there carpets they have cleaned all the carpets in my house and a couple of family members house keep up the good work
NOT TO BE TRUSTED> BEWARE!!! – Got a coupon for these guys and decided to give them a chance. They showed up, dragged their hoses across a baby gate and bent it backwards, damaging the wall. The worker "left a message" with his boss about the damage....NOTHING. We have called and left several messages about fixing the damage....NOTHING. We have emailed......NOTHING. We have filed a complaint with the BBB....NOTHING. There are countless other companies out there....use one of them.
Will be calling back soon – Unlike most companies that i have called in the past, they actually showed up on time and finished the job in the time they quoted me. They were very nice, professional and they gave me a great deal for cleaning my whole house. Most companies that i called charged me as much for one room as 1st class did for multiple rooms.
