We had an issue with our stainless steel sink separating from the granite and dropping down into the cabinets. The pipes began to leak, and it was a real mess. After closer inspection, we realized the sink had been installed incorrectly, and we called several granite companies for help. 1st Choice Surfaces called us right back, listened, showed true concern and sent someone out to our house within 3 hours. On time. On price. No surprises. Nice work.
Owner overwhelmed with work, put large scale contract work ahead of residence. Extremely poor communications, even got irate and started yelling, stated he was under a lot of pressure, his workers stated the same thing. Install work and granite work was average, and he was expensive.
The owner did not follow up on our project like he said he would and we still found small cracks where the repairs were done.
Fiished project and it looks great.
