Experienced. Didn't cut corners on their workmanship.
We thought we had hit the jackpot! Jimi was responsive with great ideas for our kitchen redo. He created custom cabinets to match existing cabinets. Unfortunately, he disappeared before the project was complete, leaving us with unfinished floor and other small details. In spite of multiple attempts to reach him, we have not heard from him. Luckily, we had not paid the final installment.
After three years of looking and talking to contractors, Jimmy was the only one to help on material and color selection without just referring us to a studio. His color and material selection guidance was excellent. Tile workers are meticulous and clean while working. They take great pride in their work. As with other commenters, you will want to stay on top of the start date with Jimmy as the start date tends to be fluid. Once the project starts everything works out fine. we are very pleased with the end result.

My big complaint is the after cleanup. I'm still finding places where there are splashes. The workers however tried to clean up. They were also courteous and wanted to get the job done to my satisfaction.
