THE BEST IN THE WEST BY A COUNTRY MILE! Matt and his team have managed our 4-plexes for the last 5 years. Our experience has been nothing but positive. He has kept our properties in great repair, filled with good renters, and even in a bad economy has kept our rents steadily climbing. Problems solved Since my wife and I moved back to Illinois, 1st American Property has done a wonderful job taking care of our house here. Each month we get prompt payment, a detailed statement and quick answers to any questions we have. Being 1,000 miles away means that you have to be very satisfied with your property management company and we are.

Great people, great company I've rented with 1st American for over 2 years now. They've always been GREAT to deal with. Over the last 2 years I've experienced the same ups and downs as everyone, and 1st American has always been quick to work with me and be understanding of the hardships of life. Great response time on repairs as well! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a place in Northern Colorado!

Great Property Manager We live in Denver and First American has managed our rental property in Fort Collins for several years now. They always do a great job of maintaining the property, screening renters, delivering payments and communicating any issues. They are also very responsive and listen to what we need. It is nice to not have to drive up to Fort Collins to show the property, and nice to know we don't have to worry about advertising or screening renters. I recommend Matt and his team!
