AVOID AT ALL COSTS...HE'S A THIEF!!! I don' t even know where to begin. In the beginning, Matt comes off like a wonderful business man, someone that will take care of your home like it's his. Well...that lasts for about 4 months. Then, you can't get a hold of him, when you finally do he's rude, narcissistic, and just a general pain in the rear. Fraud The owner of this business was taking my money not paying the mortgage. HE pocketed the money. I was sent a notice that the bank was seizing the property. I was not told this and the owner told me that I needed to move, he never told me that he wasn't paying the mortgage. I received my notice to after I was already moving out. He transferred the property to his ex wife as a part of some shady deal for their divorce. Extremely Unprofessional, Rude and Dishonest Property Manager Everything you don't want in a property manager! If there were a zero star rating I would select it. Home-owners, beware of signing an agreement with this man. Tenants, beware of renting from him. We signed up with 1st American Properties years ago as home-owners and got decent service for a while, but thing have gone vastly downhill. Worst customer service ever experienced When I called Matt to discuss a possible pest issue, he hung up on me. Now he won't return my calls. Beware that any 5 star ratings may be manufactured. Read "Awful and Rude by Former property owner." I wish I had read it before signing a lease.

Rude, unprofessional and dishonest. We utilized Matt to manage our property for a year after moving out of state. In that time span he charged us for services that the tenants later told us were never completed (carpet cleaning for one). He painted over custom paint in our home WITHOUT our permission and then was rude and narcisstic when we called him to question this. Awful and Rude Awful. We wrote a good review at his request earlier. He requests those from new property owners who don't know him yet, so beware. The tenant trashed our place on his watch. He was incredibly rude and often did not return phone calls. He literally told my friend (another property owner) that she "asks stupid questions." Stay away.

Very Professional-Knows his stuff! We put our house on the rental market, and we had a renter sign a lease within one week. Matt balances professionalism with frankness very well. I trust his judgment and wealth of experience. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to rent out their home.

Keeping an eye on our home while we're out of state. We own a home in Loveland and loved it there. A job opportunity took us to Utah. Matt and Jeanine Diguglielmo make a very good team I bought my house recently through 1st American Properties, with Jeanine as my real estate agent and Matt for the property management, and it has been a very good experience. Matt got my property rented even before my first mortgage payment was due, even in this down market. So, I am very happy with the results. thx. :)
