I’ve always loved this building as someone who lives in the neighborhood, so I’ve set alerts for the building. This is a review of the viewing process as I can never seem to book a tour and not a review of the building. I've lived in the building for more than a decade, across several iterations of management and ownership, so it's safe to say I've seen some things. The current team of Chinenye, the property manager, and Chris, the maintenance manager, is second to none. They are both exceptionally responsive and genuinely care about tenants, and they've been with the building for years, providing some much-appreciated stability. I have been living at 1900 Lamont for a little over 3 years now, and it truly has become a home. Moving during the height of the pandemic was extremely stressful and disorienting, even moreso with the culture shock of suddenly living in a big city.
