I had croissants in California and it just didnt compare
1900 Barker is a treasure! These two owners are passionate about everything they create and treat every person who walks through their door as though we made their day by being there. Every ingredient and process has a story which they are happy to share. My favorites are the pizza (beyond description), lemon croissant and all the breads. Read their story on their FB page—they are the real deal in the baking and beverage world, right here in Lawrence, KS!
