This is by far the least professional "real estate" group I've ever had the misfortune to work with. They are unresponsive and will give you the complete run around, all while not delivering on ANYTHING except to nickel and dime their tenants to death. They take forever to do anything and on top of all that, they're never available! What do you expect when they work M-F from 10-4....what kind of BS hours are those.
