Worst customer return policies of any CPAP company in the country. I placed an order for a travel CPAP and my prescription was on file with another company. I had trouble getting the prescription so cancelled the order. After reassuring me they would refund the entire amount, they still deducted almost $60 for a processing fee. A fee for which they did absolutely nothing but accept my order. The unit was not configured nor even taken off the shelf. I was a repeat customer until now.
Love having a showroom where I can see different masks. They were very helpful in helping me select one.
