Very efficient, competent, professional company. Have dealt with them for a number of years and fully recommend them to my friends who also have had no problems. Know what you want before ordering and do not unseal product if it is wrong. Talk to the staff, I have and they are extremely helpful. I am from Australia and I have saved over 50% every time I order and that includes freight and currency conversion charges. The possibly "fake" negative comments appear to be from overcharging opposition companies.
I love using 1800cpap for my supplies! It is easy and less expensive since my insurance doesn't cover supplies.
32 minutes on the phone 4 different operators and 28 of the 32 minutes were on hold.....the knowledge of the operators was less than a new persons first day......I would not waste anymore time here.
My first time in today, and Rachel did an absolutely spectacular job answering my questions, and helping me find the right products... I will definitely be back again!
I honestly can't believe that anyone has anything bad to say about this place. The staff there is absolutely AWESOME! You are always greeted upon entering the store. I've been going to the store for about 5 years now and its always the same. People are always friendly, knowledgeable, and you never feel pressured to buy anything. They always make recommendations and are always good a laugh or two. Awesome place for all your cpap needs.

Customer Service is awful. I bought a mask for my husband, I emailed them yesterday looking for the product, and they stated it was delivered last Wednesday ..so I again told them I did not receive. I did ask for a refund and they want me to track the package and are refusing to refund.I do have a dispute with PayPal and my bank. I did tell them if they think I was going to steal their product I would have bought the most expensive item not a cheap $59.00 item..I also did advise them as some big companies do it to email cust... read more
