Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ordered a mask after breaking mine and a new one was shipped out a few hours later. Prices are definitely better than other companies as well.

I've bought CPAP machine here cheaper than in Thailand and no need to send prescription for international customer.
After receiving mask late November we did not open the package until just after Christmas as we went away. Upon opening, my husband discovered the mask was deformed and would not fit together making the mask unusable. After notifying the company of this problem and sending photos we were told we would not be given a replacement because we had waited too long. I regard this as extremely poor customer service and will no longer be using this company for purchases and certainly not recommending to friends.
