Been shopping with 1800CPAP for years. So easy to just walk into the location order supplies and be on your way in no time. Love that some masks have a 30 day trial with no restocking fees, allows you to try a different mask if so inclined. Give them a try...you won’t be disappointed.

To have to pay a restocking fee of 15% is crazy in and of itself, but to have to not get a refund because your power cord 'baggie' was opened enough to try to plug in and figure it was not the correct cord is bad customer service in my opinion. I will not use this company again - a leading competitor gave me a full refund without any hassle for the same item.
