I absolutely love living at 17 place. I was one of the original tenants and moved in on February 13. The sense of community here is palpable. Friends helping friends, with much socializing together. Managers Nancy and Mike Willis keep us all entertained and everybody looks out for each other. It is a great place to live, and a great location on the 18th St., corridor. I plan to live here a long time. #17thplaceliving
The homes are well thought out and brand new. You can tell the owners wanted a sense of community here because of all the extra outdoor space that you get to share with your neighbors. A little gem in downtown Bakersfield for sure.
