Loved my 4-years here. So sad I have to leave for my new job! No where better to live in Bakersfield. Luxurious. Staff is better than a 6-star Beverly Hills property.
Great townhomes I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time at 17th Pl Townhomes! From amenities, location, to community events. As a young professional new to Bakersfield I can say this is the best homes to live in downtown that is walking distance from cafés, bars, and restaurants. The management team does there best to get work orders completed quickly and efficiently and even organize community functions. Pups are welcomed and they even have their own lil park! Everything I was looking for in an apartment.

I absolutely love living at 17 place. I was one of the original tenants and moved in on February 13. The sense of community here is palpable. Friends helping friends, with much socializing together. Managers Nancy and Mike Willis keep us all entertained and everybody looks out for each other. It is a great place to live, and a great location on the 18th St., corridor. I plan to live here a long time. #17thplaceliving
