This is a newer building with nice amenities, in a good and safe neighborhood, walking distance to the movie theater, restaurants, Barnes & Noble, Whole Foods and much more. The Property Management and Maintenance Staff provide excellent service.

Great amenities, expecially the lounge, cafe and outdoor pool, sundeck and grills. Nice neighborhood that is safe and a few blocks from Century Theater, restaurants and Barnes & Noble. Close to public transportation.

The Property Management and Maintenance staff are professional, friendly and responsive. There are good amenities; favorites are outdoor pool with generous deck seating and the media room with pool table.

Terrible Management This could be a nice builing, but unfortunately Lincoln Property took over management and has ruined the building. The office staff turns over regularly and is non-responsive. As an example, after I paid the requested rent amount and they accepted it, a month later they decided to add hundreds of dollars extra for the previous month. When I told them I would not pay because there was no legal basis to increase rent AFTER the month was over, they didn't respond for four months and then responded by threate... read more
