It is a newer building, the common areas were redecorated in 2022 and the Fitness Center received all new equipment, while the Cafe and Lounge got all new furniture. The Community Management, Sales staff and Maintenance Team are the very best! Very responsive and nice. It’s a convenient location Thy building is very clean, I really like the coffee bar it’s improved since I moved in. The manager Cole is making some great changes. We even have yoga now.

1717 Evanston Apartments, a great place to call home! 1717 Evanston is a newer 10-year old building with great amenities. The new owners purchased in 2021 and redecorated all common areas in 2022. The expanded fitness center has all new equipment. The staff that manages and maintains 1717 Evanston are what makes it a great place to live. Each one is very nice, professional and responsive. Great Building I was moving from out of state. I sat with Ryan in the office, he was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was the nicest apartment I saw while i was in town, and in all likelihood will be my next apartment.
Verified Renter I think I will enjoy living at 1717 apartments but the move in process was made challenging due to multiple concerns I had that took weeks to be addressed despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues on my end. I have since had most of the issues resolved and hope there will be no further concerns. The amenities are nice and the location is excellent.

Verified Renter The office and maintenance staff are very helpful, and very repsonsive. Rarely do I have a problem with the apartment, but they always help to fix it.
