It is a newer building, the common areas were redecorated in 2022 and the Fitness Center received all new equipment, while the Cafe and Lounge got all new furniture. The Community Management, Sales staff and Maintenance Team are the very best! Very responsive and nice. It’s a convenient location Thy building is very clean, I really like the coffee bar it’s improved since I moved in. The manager Cole is making some great changes. We even have yoga now.

1717 Evanston Apartments, a great place to call home! 1717 Evanston is a newer 10-year old building with great amenities. The new owners purchased in 2021 and redecorated all common areas in 2022. The expanded fitness center has all new equipment. The staff that manages and maintains 1717 Evanston are what makes it a great place to live. Each one is very nice, professional and responsive. Great Building I was moving from out of state. I sat with Ryan in the office, he was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was the nicest apartment I saw while i was in town, and in all likelihood will be my next apartment.
