Update: The owner has responded to my review by making up false information. I actually arrived early for my appt- not 20 minutes late- in fact she was still eating her lunch. The dog I brought in: My dog is a service dog for POTs and I have paperwork from Stanford to support that. This was communicated to you. I came in with a formula that was used and asked you to darken it a little so that it would match the rest of my hair. The mistake- she made it too dark. Kieu, the owner, messed up my color, refused to fix it, called *me* unprofessional, and then refused to provide the formula so another stylist could fix her mistake. Here's what happened. After my appointment, I realized there was a problem with my color. Kieu initially offered to correct it and asked me to send photos. This salon is so chill & lovely ! They use wonderful botanical products. Kieu, the owner, is the best! Amazing colorist and she creates nice styles when you want to try something new. Positive, personal, professional. Best color I’ve ever had!

I am so happy that I found Jamie! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted in terms of style and maintenance. She brought out my wavy curls in a way that no other stylist has before while also making sure that it was a cut and style that I could manage, as I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to my hair. I'm so happy - really embracing this curly life - and I've gotten so many compliments too!
