Super easy to rent from
We have been renting from 16th Avenue for 27 years now. We loved Josh who was very polite and business like. We were 1 month behind lately because of an unfortunate medical issue. Everything was great……until today! We called to pay the bill and the most rude woman was on the phone. She said that they weren’t going to be able to “work with us anymore” and demanded $810 from us immediately. I told her that we didn’t have that much right now but we were paying half ($405.15).
