We have been very pleased with our time at 1630 R Street so far! Cozette and Rodney do a great job of keeping the place in order, and we have been very pleased with our unit so far. Perfect location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in DC.
Left work for a scheduled and confirmed tour, ghosted. Very unprofessional.
I would like to compliment on the amazing and professional job the property manager Brittany did. She greeted me and my spouse with a welcoming smile. Brittany was so polite, knowledgeable and we had a few good laughs. While touring the property she went into full detail on the units and amenities without questioning or referencing materials. We look forward to being a part of the community. **Fingers crossed**
I have been living in 1630 R Street for a while now and there is not a day that goes by without me feeling very grateful to have found the Borger properties community and specially Britney Wallop. A big part of my life is stable now because thanks to their professionalism and care I live in a high quality, safe, clean and quiet building.
