We were extremely pleased with our tour with Cozette today. We called last minute to see if there was time to stop by for a quick tour and she was able to accommodate us within 30 minutes. She was super knowledgeable of the building and surrounding area and was able to help us find our new home. The building was super clean and was the best we have seen throughout our apartment search. Highly recommend stopping by and taking a look if you are in the market for a new apartment!
Genuinely some of the most difficult people to work with. No building AC (turned on and off at their discretion). Multiple 75+ degree days on 6th and 7th floors without AC. Building managers difficult to work with. "Loading dock" in the back does not provide room for a car/truck to back up and requires permission for use. Outrageous pricing. Read your lease before signing and honestly look for a different place. Unfortunate company and people who work there.
We have been very pleased with our time at 1630 R Street so far! Cozette and Rodney do a great job of keeping the place in order, and we have been very pleased with our unit so far. Perfect location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in DC.
Left work for a scheduled and confirmed tour, ghosted. Very unprofessional.
I would like to compliment on the amazing and professional job the property manager Brittany did. She greeted me and my spouse with a welcoming smile. Brittany was so polite, knowledgeable and we had a few good laughs. While touring the property she went into full detail on the units and amenities without questioning or referencing materials. We look forward to being a part of the community. **Fingers crossed**
